This indoor/outdoor dome camera has a reinforced, coated polycarbonate dome with high impact resistance and a high grade hard aluminum base that requires a Torx screwdriver for disassembly. This design gives the camera a high tamper/vandal resistance factor making it perfect for outdoor use in many situations where a lesser camera wouldn't last. A 3.5-8mm auto iris vari-focal lens gives it increased versatility.
Setup is easy thanks to a built-in test monitor output that allows aim & focus to be checked at the camera during installation - no need to visit or call a remote monitoring station. A rotating base increases placement possibilities.
